How to invite diio to my meetings? 🧑🏻‍💻

Once you log in and grant diio access to your calendar, diio will automatically join all client meetings scheduled on your calendar. If you have other types of meetings, such as internal or recurring ones, you simply need to invite diio from your future meetings view.

diio will always participate as long as

Initial Setup:

  • Ensure your diio account is active and that you have logged in correctly.

  • Connect your calendar with diio to allow the platform to detect your scheduled meetings.

Scheduling Meetings:

  • When creating a new meeting in your calendar, diio will automatically be added if the meeting involves external clients.

Admitting diio to the Meeting:

  • When the meeting begins, diio will appear in the virtual 'waiting room.' It’s crucial to admit diio as soon as you start the meeting so it can begin capturing and processing the conversation.

If the Client Organizes the Meeting:

  • Inform the client about diio and its role as your sales assistant, as some video conferencing platforms require the organizer to admit participants.

What to Do If diio Is Not in the Meeting:

There may be cases where diio could not join a meeting. This can happen when:

  • The meeting organizer did not allow access to diio.

  • The meeting started 8 minutes late, and diio left the waiting room.

  • The meeting started on time, but no one admitted diio within 8 minutes.

  • The meeting was not client-related, and no one invited diio from the Future Meetings view.

In these cases, you can always re-invite diio from your future meetings view. Just ensure that no more than 30 minutes have passed since the meeting started.
