Why didn't diio join the meeting? 🤷🏻‍♂️

When using diio to enhance your sales management and meeting efficiency, it's essential to understand the situations in which diio might not join a scheduled meeting. Here we explain the main reasons.

  1. Meeting Scheduled in the Past:

    • Issue: If you schedule a meeting for a time that has already passed, diio cannot join.

    • Solution: Ensure you schedule meetings at least 2 minutes after the current time to guarantee diio's presence.

  2. Exceeded Waiting Time:

    • Issue: diio waits in the virtual waiting room for up to 8 minutes to be admitted.

    • Solution: If you expect the meeting to start late, adjust the time in your calendar or admit diio as soon as you enter the meeting, even if the client has not yet joined. You can also re-invite diio to the meeting by toggling the switch off and on for future meetings.

  3. Client is the Organizer:

    • Issue: If a client organizes the meeting, only they can admit diio.

    • Solution: Inform your client about diio and request that they admit it to the meeting. If your client has already restricted diio's access, you can re-invite them from your future meetings view.

  4. Technical or Configuration Issues:

    • Issue: Sometimes, incorrect settings or technical problems can prevent diio from joining.

    • Solution: Check that all settings are correct and that diio is properly integrated with your calendar management system.

By understanding these situations, you can take preventive measures to ensure that diio effectively participates in your meetings, helping you to capture and analyze valuable information from each client interaction.
