Once you’ve logged in and connected your calendar with diio, you’re ready to make the most of this sales assistance tool. Here’s a concise guide to ensure diio integrates seamlessly into your meetings and enhances your sales interactions:
🧑🏻💻 My Meetings
In the My Meetings section, you’ll find two views: Past Meetings (those that have already occurred and were analyzed by diio) and Future Meetings, where you can manage and view all your upcoming meetings:
Invite or uninvite diio: Toggle the switch on or off to decide which meetings you want diio to join. This includes recurring, internal, or client-facing meetings.
Select the meeting type: Choose the appropriate category (sales, customer service, follow-up, etc.) so diio can better contextualize its analysis and provide personalized insights.
Review your upcoming meetings: Check the list, which is automatically synced with your calendar, to ensure meetings are properly set up for diio to join.
☝🏻 Make sure diio can join
diio automatically joins meetings scheduled in your calendar that involve external clients. To invite diio to other types of meetings, you can manage this from the Future Meetings view.
If you’re the meeting organizer, admit diio from the "waiting room" as soon as your meeting begins. This ensures no part of the conversation is missed, and the subsequent analysis is complete and helpful.
If the client organizes the meeting, explain what diio is and the importance of admitting it into the meeting to assist you effectively.
👀 Take note of this
diio will not join meetings scheduled in the past or meetings that start and end before you admit it. Ensure the start time is correctly set in the future.
If you refresh the page during the meeting, you’ll need to re-invite diio from the Future Meetings view. Within 30 seconds, diio will request access again.
If your client or another participant denies access to diio, you can also re-invite it from the Future Meetings view. Just ask the meeting organizer to grant access.
By following these steps, you can ensure diio is an active and valuable participant in your meetings, allowing you to focus more on selling and less on operational tasks. Remember, diio is designed to simplify your work, enhance your performance, and help you close more deals efficiently.
