How to configure my Future Meetings? 📅

Updated over 5 months ago

In diio, you can easily manage your upcoming meetings to ensure everything is ready and optimized. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Future Meetings View

In the Future Meetings tab, you can see a list of all the upcoming meetings scheduled in your calendar. This allows you to quickly review and manage the events ahead of you.

Invite diio

diio automatically joins meetings that involve external clients. For other meetings, you can invite diio by toggling the switch on the meeting you want. It’s important to note that this option is only available if the meeting includes a video conference link (Zoom, Meet, or Teams). If it doesn’t, simply add one so that diio can participate.

Thanks to this, you can now invite diio in cases where:

  1. Your client or another participant didn't grant diio access and you want it to rejoin.

  2. You refreshed the page and want diio to rejoin.

  3. You joined the meeting late, diio is no longer in the waiting room, and you want it to rejoin.

Select the Type of Meeting

When configuring the meeting, you can select the type of meeting it will be. This helps diio contextualize its analysis according to the category you choose. In the dropdown list, you'll find different types of meetings, such as sales, customer service, or internal meetings, specifically set up for your company.

*Meeting type configurations are only available for Business and Enterprise plans.

Grant Access to diio

If you are not the meeting organizer, make sure the person who created it allows diio to enter. If the organizer does not enable access, diio will not be able to join the meeting, and you will need to invite it again from your Upcoming Meetings view. If you are the organizer, make sure to admit diio from the "waiting room" when the meeting starts.

By following these steps, you ensure that diio is an active and valuable participant in your meetings. This will allow you to focus more on selling and reduce the operational load. diio is designed to make your work easier, maximize your performance, and help you close more sales effectively.
