In diio, you can customize how your data integrates with the CRM by choosing what you want to associate and how. This functionality allows you to optimize information management in a personalized way, ensuring that all relevant data is correctly linked to the CRM.
Association Options
Deals: You can create and associate deals with contacts directly from diio. If the deal doesn’t exist, you can easily create it and link it to the contact. Only for Business and Enterprise plans.
Notes: Key Notes will be automatically generated for each meeting.
Tasks: Commitments made during meetings will be logged as tasks in the CRM.
Properties: Information associated with additional trackers will be completed (if your company has them set up). Only for Business and Enterprise plans.
Meetings and Calls: A note will be created in the "Meeting" or "Call" section of the associated deal, linking the interaction to the relevant contact or deal.
Automagically or Manually: You Decide
You can choose how the information will be updated in the CRM based on your needs:
Automagically: Information will be automatically sent to the CRM after each meeting. You can still update these details from diio if needed.
Manually: You’ll need to click the "Update CRM" button in the meeting analysis. This allows you to select what type of information to send and log notes or tasks in the CRM.
