How to integrate diio with HubSpot? 🔧

Installation by the Administrator

1. Access to Settings: The administrator must log in and go to the settings section.

2. Activation: Activate the integration related to Hubspot using the switch.

3. Hubspot Permission: You will be redirected to Hubspot, once there choose your account and review the permissions requested on this screen. diio requests access to read and write contacts and companies, and to read and edit the properties of contacts and companies. Finally, click on "Connect app".

4. Data Flow Configuration: Select how you want the information to be updated in Hubspot.

Once these steps are completed, the integration will be available for all diio sales users.

Creation and Association of Businesses with Contacts

To facilitate the management of HubSpot from diio, follow these steps to create and associate businesses with contacts:

  • Contact Selection: When pressing 'Update CRM', the contacts from your CRM who participated in the meeting or call will appear.

  • Selection and Creation of Businesses: You can search and select any business registered in the CRM by name. If the business does not exist, you have the option to create it directly from diio.

  • Automatic Association: When creating a business and updating Hubspot, the new business will automatically be associated with the selected contact.

This process allows salespeople to efficiently manage Hubspot directly from diio, optimizing the creation and association of businesses with relevant contacts manually.

Manual Sending of Notes and Tasks to Businesses Requirements

  • The client's email from the meeting must be registered in Hubspot.

  • Process: The user selects "Update CRM" and chooses the type of information to send. diio's notes or tasks will be immediately recorded in the corresponding business.

Sending Business Properties Custom Configuration

  • To activate and configure specific properties, contact [email protected].

  • Process: Once activated, the user chooses "Update CRM" and selects the information they want to send to the properties configured in Hubspot.

Automatic Update

  • If the configuration is "manual and automatic," updates will be sent automatically to the identified business. Additionally, information can be manually updated if desired to modify the data sent.

  • Note: If a contact is associated with multiple businesses, the information will not be sent automatically. In this case, the business to which the information should be sent must be manually selected.
