Integrating diio with your CRM is very simple. You only need the Configuration role in diio to manage company-wide changes and administrator permissions for your CRM account to implement changes.
Go to Company Settings and then to the Integrations tab.
Turn on the switch associated with your CRM and follow the steps provided to allow it access to integrate with diio.
Click the gear icon next to your CRM's name to configure what you want to associate and how you want it to be associated.
Once these steps are completed, the integration will be available to all users in your company.
What is the difference between Automagically and Manually?
If you choose “automagically,” the information will be sent automatically after each meeting to the associated deal or contact. However, the information can still be updated from diio if you wish to modify the data sent.
If you choose "manually," the executive who organized the meeting will need to click the "Update CRM" button, located in the top corner of the meeting analysis, and select the type of information to send. Notes or tasks from diio will be immediately recorded in the selected deal, company, or contact.
What does Business Association mean?
To make CRM management from diio easier, you can enable the Business option so that executives can create deals directly from contacts. Follow these steps to create and associate deals with contacts:
Contact Selection: When clicking 'Update CRM,' the CRM contacts who participated in the meeting or call will appear.
Deal Selection and Creation: You can search and select any deal registered in the CRM by name. If the deal doesn’t exist, you have the option to create it directly from diio.
Automatic Association: When creating a deal and updating the CRM, the new deal will automatically associate with the selected contact.
This process allows executives to efficiently manage their CRM directly from diio, optimizing the creation and association of deals with relevant contacts manually.
