🧩 How it works
Just like you activate diio on a video call, now you can do the same in your LinkedIn chats.
You choose which conversations to include — we handle the rest.
Install the diio Chrome extension [from here].
Log in by clicking the diio icon in your browser.
Open LinkedIn and toggle on diio in the chats you want to track.
That’s it! diio starts working with you on LinkedIn, too.
🚀 How does this connect to my CRM?
If you use HubSpot:
To make sure diio correctly links the chat to the right contact in your CRM:
Copy the LinkedIn profile URL of the contact (e.g.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-doe/
)Paste that URL into the custom property called LinkedIn URL in HubSpot.
⚠️ Important: The property must be named LinkedIn URL exactly.
diio will use that property to send the meeting data to the correct contact.
If you use Salesforce, Pipedrive, Odoo or Zoho:
In these CRMs, diio will search by name.
If the LinkedIn name matches the contact name in the CRM, the meeting will be automatically associated.
🎯 Recommendations
Make sure names in your CRM are up to date and match those in LinkedIn.
In HubSpot, keeping the LinkedIn URL property updated improves integration accuracy.
If you have multiple tabs open, make sure the contact's profile is visible when starting the meeting.
