How to Setup My Preferences? 👤

The Preferences view in diio allows each user to personalize how the platform behaves individually, without affecting other team members. From this section, you can adjust key settings to optimize your diio experience and tailor it to your personal needs.


Language and Time Zone

In this section, you can select your time zone and the language in which you prefer to see the diio interface.
Keep in mind that the selected language does not determine the languages used in meetings—it only defines your preferred language for the interface and notifications.

This directly affects the language of all your notifications, including those sent to your clients, regardless of the language spoken in the meeting.


Integrations

You can manage how diio interacts with your CRM or any other integrations set up by your Account Administrator.
You can choose which elements you want to sync (deals, notes, tasks, properties, meetings, and calls) and how you want them to be completed:

  • Automagically: information is automatically sent to the CRM at the end of the meeting.

  • Manually: you have full control over what information is sent and when.


Notifications

In this section, you can enable or disable notifications based on your preferences. Among the available options, you can configure:

  • Client reminders

  • Meeting summaries

  • Daily commitment notifications

  • Mentions in comments

  • And much more

This allows you to stay in control of how and when you receive important updates.


Your Preferences

Your Preferences give you the power to personalize your diio experience in a unique way, ensuring the platform adapts to your specific needs without altering your team’s settings.
This improves productivity and makes working with diio more efficient and seamless.
