How to Customize My Notifications? 🔔

Updated over 6 months ago

In diio, you can customize notifications to suit your needs and better manage your time and priorities. These notifications can be for you or your clients and cover different stages of the workflow. Here’s an explanation of the available types of notifications and how they work:

Notifications for the Client

  • Meeting Reminder
An email is sent to your client one hour before the meeting to remind them of the appointment. This ensures all participants are informed and prepared.

  • Meeting Summary
After the meeting, a summary of the key points discussed and the commitments made is sent. This email is shared with both executives and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment on next steps.

Notifications for the Executive

  • Comment Mention
You’ll receive a notification whenever someone mentions you in a comment during a meeting or call. This helps you stay on top of important interactions.

  • Shared Conversation
When someone shares a meeting or call with you, you’ll receive a notification. This ensures you have immediate access to relevant conversations.

  • Commitments
Every day, you’ll receive a list of your commitments scheduled for that day. This keeps you organized and ensures you meet your responsibilities on time.

  • Meeting Analyzed
Once diio completes the analysis of a meeting, you’ll be notified that the report is ready for review. This allows you to access insights and feedback about the interaction.

  • Call Analyzed
Similar to meetings, diio will notify you when the analysis of a call is complete and ready for review.

Notification Settings
From the Profile Settings section, you can enable or disable any of these notifications using the corresponding switch.

Remember, these settings are personal and won’t affect other team members. You can make changes as often as you like to fit your needs. With these tools, diio helps you maintain full control over your workflow and optimize your interactions with clients and colleagues.
