How to archive a meeting? 🗂️

Updated over 5 months ago

You may have had some meetings where diio did not attend or could not analyze. Here’s why and how to resolve it:

Archiving Meetings with Errors

Meetings are automatically archived in diio under the following circumstances:

  • Meeting Without Link: The meeting was scheduled but did not include a video conference link.
Solution: Add the video conference link to the calendar event before the meeting takes place.

  • Delays: The meeting occurred later than scheduled, outside diio's waiting period (8 minutes).
Solution: Re-invite diio from your future meetings view by turning the meeting's switch off and back on.

  • Access Denied: diio was not admitted to the meeting by the participants.
Solution: Re-invite diio from your future meetings view by turning the meeting's switch off and back on, and ask the meeting organizer to allow access to diio.

  • No Invitation: The meeting did not include external participants, or it was a recurring meeting, and the "Invite diio" switch was turned off in the Future Meetings view.
Solution: Enable the "Invite diio" switch before or during meetings without external participants or for recurring meetings.

  • Undetected Language: The meeting was conducted in a language different from the user’s configured language, and diio could not analyze it.
Solution: Contact us directly via the support chat to request multilingual configuration and reprocess the meeting.

In the "Archived" section located on the sidebar, you will find a list of meetings that were not analyzed along with their corresponding errors.

Requesting Meeting Archiving

You have the option to request our team to archive a meeting. This is useful in cases where the conversation was irrelevant or simply unproductive. To request this, just contact us via the support chat.
