The Shared Space is a private web page that diio generates for your counterpart. They access it without a password through a unique link that arrives in the follow-up email. From there they can view the information you decided to share, confirm commitments, and send you messages.
How to create the space
Open the conversation detail view.
Go to the "Email Proposal" tab.
Enable the "Attach Shared Space link" option.
Select which pieces to include by checking the corresponding boxes: Minutes, Commitments, Recording, and/or Conversation.
If you want to see the result before sending it, click "Preview".
Edit the email body if necessary.
Click "Open in Gmail" or "Open in Outlook" and send the email from your client.
What content you can include
Minutes. The Key Notes of the conversation: the most relevant points of what happened.
Commitments. The agreed pending items. Your counterpart can mark them as completed from the space.
Recording. The meeting video or audio with transcript. Only available if the conversation was recorded.
Conversation. A messaging channel within the space so both parties can communicate without leaving the context of the conversation.
How the link reaches your counterpart
Your counterpart receives the email you sent from Gmail or Outlook. The Shared Space link is included in the email body. When they click it, they access the space directly without needing to create a diio account or install anything.
