You can share the analysis of any conversation with another member of your diio account. The person will receive access to the complete detail view of that conversation, including notes, fields, commitments, and the Learning tab.

Open the detail view of the conversation you want to share.

Click the "Share" button in the header.

Type the name or email of the person. diio will search among your account members.

Select the person and confirm.

The person receives a notification and can access the conversation from their own diio account.

The person has access to the complete detail view of that conversation: header, top block, Main tab (notes, fields, and commitments), Explore tab, Video tab (if there is a recording), Learning tab, and Email Proposal tab.

This flow is exclusive to people in the same diio account. To share a conversation with someone external to your organization (a client, candidate, or vendor), the Shared Space is used, sent from the Email Proposal tab. The external counterpart does not need a diio account to access the Shared Space.
