The commitments you included when creating the Shared Space appear automatically in the space. If you add new commitments to the conversation after having sent the link, these are updated in the space without you needing to resend anything.
How they sync automatically
When you create a Shared Space with the "Commitments" piece enabled, any commitment you add to that conversation afterward (manually or detected in a subsequent conversation) appears automatically in the space the next time your counterpart opens it. You don't need to resend the link or create a new space.
How to add a commitment from diio
Open the detail view of the conversation associated with the space.
Click "+ Add commitment".
Write the text, assign the owner, and if applicable, add a deadline.
Save. The commitment stays in diio and will be updated in the Shared Space.
What your counterpart sees
Your counterpart will see the new commitment the next time they open the Shared Space. If they have space notifications enabled, they will receive an email alert indicating new commitments. From the space they can mark them as completed.
