External counterparts (clients, candidates, vendors) do not access diio directly. Instead, diio generates a Shared Space for them: a password-free web page that shows only the information you decided to share. The link is sent from the Email Proposal tab.

The Shared Space is a unique web page generated by diio for each conversation. Your counterpart accesses it without needing to create an account or install anything. They can view, comment on, and mark commitments as completed from that page.

Open the conversation detail view and go to the Email Proposal tab.

Enable the "Attach Shared Space link" option.

Select which pieces you want to include by checking the corresponding boxes: Minutes, Commitments, Recording, and Conversation.

If you want to see how your counterpart will see it before sending, click "Preview".

If you need to paste the link elsewhere (WhatsApp, another email, etc.), use "Copy Shared Space link".

Edit the subject and email body if necessary.

Click "Send". Your counterpart will receive the email with access to the Shared Space.

Minutes. The conversation analysis: the key points discussed.

Commitments. The tasks and pending items agreed upon in the conversation.

Recording. The meeting video or audio with transcript. Only available if the meeting was recorded.

Conversation. A messaging space between you and your counterpart within the Shared Space.
