Full tour of the conversation detail view

The detail view is where the complete analysis of each conversation lives. From here you review notes, commitments, playbook fields, executive performance, and can sync everything to the CRM or share it with your counterpart. It has four fixed zones, always in the same order.

Zone 1 — Header

The top strip of the page. Concentrates the main actions and immediate context of the conversation:

Conversation name. Inherited from the calendar event or the contact.

Update CRM button. Syncs notes, commitments, and fields to the connected CRM. Shows the last sync and the data of the linked contact and deal.

Metadata. Meeting type, date, start time, duration, and platform (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Intercom, among others).

Zone 2 — Top block

The card block below the header, with contextual data about the conversation:

Success Prediction. Qualitative rating (Excellent / Good / Average / Low) and explanatory text generated by diio.

Participants. List of attendees organized by role (Counterpart / Executive) with their percentage of participation in the conversation.

Did not attend. People invited to the event who did not show up. Can be expanded to see the names.

Zone 3 — Tabs

Five tabs that organize the analysis content:

Main. Default view. Shows Key Notes and Specific Information (playbook fields) in the left column, and Detected Commitments in the right column.

Explore. Chat with diio to ask questions about the specific content of that conversation.

Video. Player of the meeting video or audio with synchronized transcript. Only available for meetings and calls with recording.

Learning. Executive overall performance score and coaching metrics by dimension.

Email Proposal + shared space. Follow-up email draft generated by diio, editable before sending. Also has the option to attach the shared space link.
