diio is an Artificial Intelligence Assistant that works with you in every work conversation — meetings, calls, and messages — to help you make better decisions and move faster on what you have at hand. It works the same whether you do sales, post-sales, recruiting, customer support, or internal coordination: the principle is the same. diio understands what happened in each conversation and tells you what to do with it — respond to your counterpart, update the CRM, schedule the next step, decide where to focus your attention this week.
It is not a tool to record and forget. It is a proactive assistant that anticipates next steps.
How it assists you within each conversation
When a conversation ends, diio identifies what you need to do now and proposes next steps:
It detects the commitments you or your counterpart made, with owner and date, and alerts you when the deadline is approaching.
It automatically fills in the fields your team decided to track — sales objections, candidate feedback, churn reasons, internal agreements — so you don't have to write them manually.
It evaluates your counterpart's mood and the Success Prediction of each conversation, so you know where to focus your energy.
It drafts a follow-up email proposal , ready for you to review and send.
It offers to sync to the CRM everything discussed — analysis, properties, commitments — in one click.
What previously depended on your memory is now concrete context on which to decide.
How it assists you between conversations
diio doesn't wait for you to go find it. It gets ahead of you through three channels: scheduled reports, automatic alerts, and event notifications, delivered to your email or Slack according to your settings.
Scheduled reports
At intervals you define (daily, weekly, or monthly), diio delivers to your email or Slack the decisions you have ahead:
Team follow-up and focus. Activity by executive, pending commitments, and where to concentrate focus this week.
Performance by executive. Consolidated view of individual performance: meetings, calls, commitment completion rate.
My performance. Your activity, your completed commitments, and your metrics for the period.
My priorities. Personalized list of commitments and priority tasks to know what to tackle first.
Automatic alerts about your portfolio
diio continuously monitors your portfolio and triggers an alert when something deviates from the pattern. Default alerts available:
Account health: client without a meeting in 30 days.
Pipeline: deal without an update in 2 weeks.
Playbook: analyzed conversation with playbook completed below 50%.
What types of conversations diio analyzes
diio works across three conversation types:
Meetings by video (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) or in-person recorded with the diio Chrome plugin.
Phone calls connected through HubSpot Call, Aircall, or a telephony integration.
Written messages on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Intercom.
diio does not analyze emails. If you receive an email proposal from diio, that is an output diio generates after analyzing another conversation, for you to send.
diio in different use cases
Four examples to illustrate the diversity of applications:
In sales. After a Discovery, diio delivers the commitments made, fills in the playbook fields (objections, budget, closing date), and drafts the follow-up email.
In recruiting. After an interview, diio captures commitments with the candidate, evaluates how the conversation felt, and helps you decide whether to move forward.
In post-sales. After a call or WhatsApp thread, diio identifies pending actions, evaluates relationship health, and syncs to the CRM.
In internal coordination. After a team meeting, diio delivers the agreements, owners, and deadlines, so nothing gets lost between "see you later" and the following Monday.
