diio can analyze your WhatsApp and LinkedIn conversations just as it analyzes meetings and calls: it extracts commitments, evaluates the counterpart's mood, and records relevant topics. To activate it you only need to have the diio Chrome extension installed and open these platforms in that browser.
How it works
The diio Chrome extension captures visible conversation threads every time you open or refresh WhatsApp Web or LinkedIn in Chrome. It sends them to diio, which processes them as Message-type conversations and groups them by contact.
It does not happen in real time: if you receive messages during the day, diio captures them the next time you open or refresh the corresponding tab.
Step by step
Install the diio Chrome extension and log in with your SSO (see: Install the diio Chrome extension).
In the extension configuration, enable the WhatsApp and/or LinkedIn toggles.
Open WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) or LinkedIn in a Chrome tab.
diio automatically captures visible threads and analyzes them.
What diio analyzes inside a message thread
diio analyzes the thread as a whole conversation, not message by message. From the thread it extracts:
Commitments: concrete agreements with owner and date.
Counterpart's mood: evaluation of the general tone of the thread.
Topics covered: according to the assigned playbook's fields.
Voice messages: diio also analyzes audio messages sent within the thread, not just text.
When to refresh the tab
If you manage many contacts via WhatsApp or LinkedIn, the most useful habit is to open these tabs when starting the day and before a meeting with that contact. This way diio has updated context when you need it.
