diio can analyze your WhatsApp conversations and extract commitments, evaluate the mood of the conversation, and generate the corresponding follow-up, just as it does with meetings and calls. To activate it you only need to have the diio Chrome extension installed and open WhatsApp Web in that browser.
There is no additional configuration in the diio app: the connection happens automatically when the extension detects WhatsApp Web open in Chrome.
How it works
The diio Chrome extension acts as a bridge between WhatsApp Web and diio. When you open or refresh WhatsApp Web in Chrome, the extension captures the visible conversation threads and sends them to diio for analysis. The process is automatic if you have the corresponding toggle enabled in the extension.
Steps to activate it
Install the diio Chrome extension if you don't have it yet. (See: Install the diio Chrome extension.)
Pin the extension in the Chrome bar and log in with your SSO.
Enable the toggle "Automatically activate diio when opening a WhatsApp chat".
Open WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) in a Chrome tab.
Done. From now on, every time you open or refresh WhatsApp Web, diio captures and analyzes visible threads.
When diio captures conversations
Capture occurs every time you open or refresh WhatsApp Web in Chrome. It is not real-time: if you chat from your phone during the day and open WhatsApp Web at night, diio captures all new messages at that moment.
You can chat from your phone completely normally. You only need to open WhatsApp Web periodically so diio has access to recent messages.
Limitations to keep in mind
Only works in Chrome. WhatsApp Web in another browser is not captured by the extension.
Only captures threads visible in the active session. If there are archived conversations or groups you are not viewing, diio does not capture them until you open them.
