After each conversation, diio automatically generates a follow-up email draft in the Email Proposal tab. The email already has recipients, subject, and body pre-loaded. You review it, edit what you need, and send it directly from Gmail or Outlook.
What the draft includes
diio pre-loads the email with:
Recipients. The conversation participants (counterpart). You can add or remove recipients.
Subject. Generated automatically based on the conversation content and playbook.
Email body. A summary of the conversation, agreed commitments, and next steps. Ready to send or customize.
How to edit and send
Open the Email Proposal tab in the detail view.
Review recipients, subject, and body. Edit what you need directly in the field.
If you want to include the Shared Space, enable the toggle "Attach Shared Space link" and select which pieces to include.
Click “Send from diio” so the sender is diio. Or “Send from your email” so you are the sender.
Click send.
diio does not send the email directly: it leaves it pre-loaded in your email client for you to review and send.
