Tour of the All Conversations view

All Conversations is diio's central hub: a unified list where meetings, calls, and messages coexist. It is where you go to review analyses and dive into the details of each conversation.

The five zones of the view

Search bar. Search by conversation name, contact name, or email. Useful when you know exactly which conversation you're looking for.

Date range selector. Shows the last month by default. Expand it if you're looking for older conversations or narrow it to focus on the week.

Filter bar. Filters available to segment by channel, executive, playbook, metrics, and more. To the right of the filters: "Clear filters", "Save as view", and "Create alert".

Paginated list. Conversations in rows sorted by date. The rows per page selector (10, 25, 50…) and the paginator are at the bottom.

Left sidebar. Quick access to All Conversations and to the "My Views" views you have created.

The six columns of the list

Each row summarizes the most relevant aspects of a conversation at a glance:

Conversation. Name inherited from the calendar event or the contact. If the name is not descriptive, it is worth editing the calendar event before the next meeting.

Status. Processing phase or final status. Tells you whether the conversation is ready to review or whether diio is still processing it.

Date. Date and time the conversation occurred.

Prediction. Success Prediction level in visual format (dots). A quick glance to prioritize which ones to review first.

Counterpart. Company or person the conversation was held with.

Executive. Team member who conducted the conversation. Useful for Leaders reviewing their team's work.

Pagination and list density

The selector at the bottom allows choosing how many rows to view per page: 10 rows for a quick, focused review, 50 if you prefer more context on screen. The paginator arrows let you move forward and backward.
