The Success Prediction is an estimate that diio generates automatically when analyzing each conversation. It indicates how likely the conversation is to advance to the next step according to the context of the applied playbook.
Where it appears
The Success Prediction is shown in the top block of the detail view, just below the header. It is visible for all conversations that diio has analyzed with a playbook that includes this field.
Rating levels
diio assigns one of four levels:
Excellent. The conversation had very positive signals: clear need, active interest, and a concrete next step agreed upon.
Good. There is progress, but some important element was left unresolved (unhandled objection, ambiguous next step, etc.).
Average. The conversation progressed little. There is general interest but no clear commitments or urgency signals.
Low. The conversation generated no progress. There may be resistance, disinterest, or a mismatch between the proposal and the need.
The explanatory text
Below the rating level, diio shows a brief paragraph justifying the prediction. This text summarizes the factors that weighed most in the evaluation: positive signals from the interlocutor, quality of the discovery conducted, clarity of the next step, and any identified risk.
What it is useful for in practice
In sales: prioritizing which prospects to follow up first based on the quality of the discovery conversation.
In recruiting: identifying which candidates showed the best fit and motivation in the interview.
In customer support: detecting conversations that require urgent follow-up from the team.
