If diio assigned the wrong playbook to a conversation, you can change it from the detail view. When you do, diio re-analyzes the conversation using the new playbook's criteria.
Steps to change the playbook
Open the conversation's detail view.
In the metadata row below the header, find the assigned playbook label.
Click that label.
The list of playbooks available to the rep's team opens. Select the right one.
Confirm. diio processes the conversation again.
Only playbooks assigned to the rep's team appear. If the one you need is not on the list, it has to be assigned to the team first.
What gets recalculated
Extracted fields are recalculated according to the new playbook — required, suggested, and custom alike. If the new playbook has different fields, the previous ones disappear from the analysis.
Key Notes are regenerated with the new playbook's focus.
Success Prediction is recalculated against the new playbook's objective and signals, so the result may change considerably.
Performance is recalculated with the new playbook's criteria and level of rigor. Expect the rep's score to change.
What is kept
The identified commitments.
The transcript, the recording, and the participants.
Any comments and mentions your team added.
Before you change it
If that conversation already synced to the CRM, the values that travelled over correspond to the previous playbook's fields. After re-analyzing, it is worth syncing it again so the CRM reflects the new information.
Keep in mind too that the rep's performance score will change, and with it their average for the period. That is the right outcome — they were being evaluated against the wrong bar — but it is worth telling them if the change is significant.
If it keeps happening
Fixing it conversation by conversation solves the individual case, not the cause. If the same pair of playbooks gets confused over and over, the problem is that their descriptions do not differ enough from each other.
You can also pre-assign the playbook from the Upcoming Meetings view, before the conversation happens, and avoid correcting it afterward.
