If diio assigned the wrong playbook to a conversation, you can change it manually from the detail view. When you change the playbook, diio re-analyzes the conversation with the criteria of the new playbook.
Steps to change the playbook
Open the conversation detail view.
In the metadata row below the header, locate the conversation type or assigned playbook label (for example, "Discovery Challenger").
Click on that label.
A list with available playbooks opens. Select the correct one.
Confirm. diio processes the conversation again with the new playbook.
What changes when you reassign the playbook
Extracted fields are recalculated according to the new playbook (default fields and specific fields).
Key Notes are regenerated with the focus of the new playbook.
Performance and Success Prediction are recalculated with the new playbook's criteria.
Identified commitments are kept.
