Playbooks assigned to a team are the ones diio can use to analyze the conversations of its members.
Assign a playbook from the team configuration
Scroll to the "Playbooks" section.
Click "+ Add playbook".
Search and select one or more playbooks from your account list.
Confirm. The playbooks are assigned to the team and appear listed in that section.
Assign a team from the playbook configuration
Go to the "Assigned teams" tab.
Click "+ Add team".
Select the teams and confirm.
Remove a playbook from a team
In the "Playbooks" section of the team, locate the playbook you want to remove. Click the options menu or the X next to the playbook name and confirm. The playbook continues to exist in the account but stops being applied to that team.
