The Dashboard is the space where diio aggregates metrics from all your conversations. Instead of reviewing each conversation separately, here you see trends, comparisons, and attention signals in one place.
Header: date range and filters
At the top of the dashboard you will find the date range selector (default "Last month") and the Team and Channel filters. These controls apply to all dashboard blocks simultaneously. Any change you make here updates the metrics in real time.
Leader / Coordinator view: "My team"
If your role is Leader or Coordinator, the dashboard shows a team view with aggregated metrics for all people under your charge. The main blocks are: Overall team Performance, Average Success Prediction, Aggregated client mood, Average speech %, and Punctuality. Below appears the breakdown by executive.
Executive view: "My conversations"
If your role is Executive, the dashboard shows your own metrics: your personal Performance, your average Success Prediction, your client mood, your speech %, and your punctuality. You also see your commitment completion rate and conversation volume by period.
Main metrics block
Five core metrics appear in cards at the top of the dashboard: Performance, Success Prediction, Client mood, Speech %, and Punctuality. Each card shows the value for the selected period and, where applicable, a comparison with the previous period.
Comparison block
Below, the dashboard shows tables and charts that allow comparing performance between executives, between teams, and between playbooks. These sections are the most useful for identifying gaps and coaching opportunities.
