diio's Automated Reports allow you to receive periodic email summaries with the most important information about your own activity or your team's activity. You can also access all generated reports later by going to Dashboard → View Reports.
Reports can be scheduled to be delivered daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on your needs.
How to Create a Report
All reports are created following the same process:
Go to Settings → My Preferences → Reports.
Click + Create Report.
Enter the Report Name.
Select the Report Type.
Choose the Frequency.
Configure the Channels, Playbooks, and Teams & Executives filters.
Click Create.
Available Report Types
Personal Report: My Priorities
My Priorities is designed to help you organize your daily work by highlighting the tasks and commitments that require your immediate attention.
What's Included
Commitments that are approaching their due date or are already overdue.
Commitments without a due date that have remained open for an extended period.
Accounts or candidates that have not been contacted recently.
Suggested priorities for the selected period.
When to Use It
This report is especially useful if you manage a high volume of tasks or regularly follow up with customers, candidates, or opportunities.
Daily: Ideal if you have many pending tasks.
Weekly: Recommended for most users.
Personal Report: My Performance
My Performance provides a consolidated view of your performance during the selected period.
What's Included
Total number of meetings, calls, and messages.
Average Performance score.
Average Success Prediction score.
Commitment completion rate.
Average Customer Sentiment.
When to Use It
This report helps you monitor your progress and identify opportunities for improvement without needing to review the analytics dashboard.
A weekly frequency is generally the most recommended.
Executive Report: Executive Performance
This report provides an individual performance overview for each member of your team.
What's Included
For each executive, it includes:
Number of meetings, calls, and messages.
Average Performance score.
Average Success Prediction score.
Commitment completion rate.
Average Customer Sentiment.
When to Use It
Ideal for leaders who need a quick overview of team performance before coaching sessions, one-on-one meetings, or business reviews.
It can be configured to be delivered daily, weekly, or monthly.
Team Report: Team Follow-up & Focus
This report provides an overall view of your team's activity and helps identify where attention should be focused.
What's Included
Team activity summary.
Conversations by type (meetings, calls, and messages).
Individual activity for each executive.
Pending or overdue commitments.
Priority accounts identified by diio based on activity and Success Prediction.
When to Use It
This report is especially useful for coordinators and team leaders who need visibility into the overall health of the team without reviewing individual dashboards.
A weekly frequency usually provides the best balance between visibility and follow-up, although it can also be configured as a daily report for highly active teams.
