The executive comparison block in the dashboard lets you see at a glance how people in your team are performing during the selected period and where there are specific metric gaps.
Steps to compare executives
Go to the Dashboard.
Apply the Team filter to see only the people you want to compare.
Adjust the date range to the period you are interested in.
Scroll to the "Performance by executive" block. You will see a table with each team member.
Click on any column header to sort by that metric.
To see the detail of an executive, click their name. Their individual view opens with all their conversations for the period.
Available dimensions to compare
Overall performance: average of all conversations for the period.
Conversation volume: total meetings, calls, and messages.
Commitment completion: percentage of commitments completed on time.
Average client mood: average emotional tone of their counterparts.
Average speech %: how much they speak in their conversations.
How to interpret the comparison
The table gives you a first picture of who is up and who is down. Before acting, review the conversation volume of each person: someone with 2 conversations can have a perfect or terrible Performance for statistical reasons. Filter by minimum volume before comparing if the team has people with very different conversation loads.
