In some conversations the coaching analysis does not apply: internal meetings, administrative calls, team planning sessions, or any conversation that is not evaluable under the playbook metrics. You can clear the Learning tab content so that conversation does not contaminate performance metrics.
Important: only the Leader can delete a Learning evaluation.
How to clear
Open the conversation detail view.
Click on the Learning tab.
Click the "Clear" button at the top right.
Confirm the action in the modal.
The overall score and coaching metrics for that conversation are left empty. The action does not affect the rest of the analysis: playbook fields, commitments, transcript, and video are preserved intact.
When it makes sense to clear
Internal team meetings where the executive was not in an evaluable role (planning, retrospective, all hands).
Short administrative calls that do not represent a real commercial, support, or recruiting conversation.
Conversations where the assigned playbook was incorrect and the coaching analysis does not make sense with the metrics shown.
Training demos or role-plays that are not real interactions with counterparts.
When NOT to clear
Clearing the Learning from a conversation that was indeed evaluable skews the executive's performance metrics upward, because it removes negative or mixed observations. Use it only when the conversation genuinely was not evaluable, not to "clean up" a low score.
