How is Performance calculated?

Performance is diio's central coaching metric. It evaluates how well a conversation was conducted according to the criteria defined in the playbook that analyzes it. It does not measure the business outcome (whether the deal closed, whether the candidate was hired), but the quality of the conversation itself.

What Performance evaluates

Performance is calculated from the coaching metrics that diio extracts from each conversation's transcript. These metrics depend on the assigned playbook and the criteria implemented in each one.

How it is shown in the dashboard

In the Dashboard, Performance appears as a number from 0 to 10 in the main card. In the executive breakdown the average of all their conversations for the period is shown.

Why Performance varies between playbooks

Each playbook defines its own coaching metrics with different criteria. A Performance of 7/10 in a recruiting interview playbook is not equivalent to a 7/10 in a commercial Discovery call playbook: the criteria diio evaluates in each case are different.
