Archiving removes a conversation from the main view without deleting it. Archived conversations remain accessible when you need them.
Important: only a person with the Leader role can archive and unarchive conversations.
How to archive a conversation
Open the conversation detail view.
In the header, click "Archive".
Confirm in the modal.
The conversation disappears from the main list and gets the Archived status. The analysis, commitments, and playbook fields are preserved intact.
How to find archived conversations
Archived conversations do not appear in the list by default. To find them, click "Can't find something? Check in archived". From there you can open, review, or unarchive them.
How to unarchive
You can only unarchive conversations you manually archived:
In the conversation list, find the archived conversation.
Click Unarchive.
If the conversation was archived automatically (for not meeting the account validations, for example), it cannot be unarchived from the interface. In that case, contact support at [email protected] to evaluate whether recovery is possible.
