When a conversation ends, diio processes it in four sequential steps before you can read the complete analysis. The Status column in the All Conversations list tells you which of those steps each conversation is in, so you know if you can already open it or if it is still on its way.
The four processing statuses
Pending. The conversation entered the queue but diio has not started working on it yet. Occurs when there are several conversations in parallel.
In progress. diio is organizing the raw transcript: separating voices, aligning times, and preparing the text for analysis.
Analyzed. diio completes the assigned playbook fields and calculates the Success Prediction and Performance according to the configured variables.
When the four steps are complete, the conversation gets the status "Analysis available" and is fully navigable. Depending on volume and duration of the conversation, the process can take between 2 and 15 minutes.
The Archived status
Only appears on conversations that a user manually archived and others that could not be analyzed with their associated error. It is not part of the processing flow. Archived conversations do not appear in the main list: to view them, click "Can't find something? Check in archived".
