The Upcoming Meetings view shows the next calendar meetings diio has detected. From here you control whether the diio bot will attend each meeting and which playbook it will use.
How to get there
In the left sidebar, click Upcoming Meetings.
What you can do
"Invite diio" toggle: turn it on so the bot attends. Turn it off to exclude that meeting.
Playbook selector: choose which playbook diio will use to analyze that meeting.
You can re-invite diio during the meeting by switching the toggle off and on again.
This view controls the bot, not the plugin
diio records video calls in two ways: with the bot or with the Chrome plugin. The Admin sets which one is used in the Recording mode (diio settings › Capture and recording). With the recommended option, Individual preference, each person picks their own under My preferences › Meetings and chats.
The "Invite diio" toggle only affects the bot. If you record with the plugin, you start the recording yourself from the popup at the time of the meeting, without going through this view.
Also, only meetings scheduled on your calendar show up here. If you're going to join a video call that isn't on your calendar, you won't see it in this list: in that case you'll need to record it with the Chrome plugin.
When to use it
Use this view before important meetings to make sure diio attends with the right playbook.
