The Upcoming Meetings view shows the next calendar meetings detected by diio. From here you control whether diio will attend each meeting and which playbook it will use.
How to access
In the left sidebar menu, click Upcoming Meetings.
What you can do
"Invite diio" toggle: enable it for the bot to attend. Disable it to exclude that meeting.
Playbook selector: choose which playbook diio will use to analyze that meeting.
You can re-invite diio during the meeting by turning the switch off and on again.
When to use it
Use this view before important meetings to make sure diio attends with the correct playbook.
