You can modify or remove any term from the Glossary when its spelling changes, it falls out of use, or you need to correct it.

Click on the term you want to modify.

Edit the text, pronunciation, or category as needed.

Click "Save". Changes apply to upcoming conversations.

Click on the term.

Click "Delete".

Confirm the deletion. The term will no longer apply to future conversations.
