If you don't use HubSpot Call or Aircall, or if the call occurred outside those platforms, you can manually upload it to diio via WhatsApp. diio processes it as a Call and includes it in your history with complete analysis: transcript, detected commitments, mood, and performance.
What you need before starting
A recorded call audio. Compatible formats: .m4a, .mp3, .wav, .ogg. Record it with Voice Memos (iOS), Voice Recorder (Android), or any recording app.
The diio WhatsApp chat active.
The names or emails of participants. You will need them to assign each voice to a person.
How to upload the audio
Record the call on your phone during the conversation.
Open the diio WhatsApp chat.
Attach the audio file and send it.
diio asks whether it is a call or a meeting. Answer "call".
diio identifies voices and asks you to assign them to each participant (see next article).
When processing is complete, the call appears in All Conversations with full analysis.
Best practices for recording
Record in a place without background noise: ambient noise significantly reduces transcript accuracy.
If there are two people on the call, make sure both voices are heard at similar volumes. A very quiet voice can get lost.
Don't cut or fragment the audio unless necessary. diio processes the thread as a single continuous block.
