diio analyzes phone calls in two ways: importing them automatically from your connected telephony platform, or processing audio you upload via WhatsApp. The path depends on how your team makes calls.
Option 1: connected telephony platform (HubSpot Call or Aircall)
If your company has HubSpot Call or Aircall connected to diio, calls are imported and analyzed automatically when you hang up. You just need to record it, then end the call and within a few minutes it appears in "All Conversations" as a Call.
This option requires the Settings Admin to have previously connected the telephony integration. If you are not sure whether it is active, ask your Admin.
Option 2: cell phone audio uploaded via WhatsApp
If you make calls from your phone or use a non-integrated platform, you can record the audio and upload it to diio via WhatsApp.
Record the call on your phone (native or third-party recording app).
Open the diio WhatsApp chat.
Attach the audio file.
diio asks whether it is a call or a meeting. Answer "call".
Assign which voice corresponds to each person in the conversation.
Within a few minutes it appears as a Call in "All Conversations".
Voice assignment is important: it determines who spoke which part in the transcript and to whom each commitment is attributed.
