Add your company or industry-specific terms to the Glossary so diio transcribes them correctly in your conversations.
Click "Add term".
In the "Term" field, type the exact text as it should appear in the transcription (respect capitalization, accents, and format).
In the pronunciation or variants field (optional), type how the term sounds out loud or its common variations. Example: for "SQL", add "sequel". [verify exact field name in the UI]
Choose a category if the system allows it: product, client, jargon, proper noun, etc.
Click "Save". The term enters the transcription model and applies to upcoming conversations.
