How to review and edit the commitments detected by diio

After analyzing a conversation, diio shows in the Main tab the commitments it detected: agreed tasks, with their owner and deadline when it was possible to identify them. You can review each one and adjust it before syncing to the CRM.

Where the commitments are

Commitments appear in the right column of the Main tab in the detail view of each conversation. Each commitment shows its descriptive text, the assigned owner, and the deadline if diio was able to identify it.

How to edit a commitment

Open the conversation detail view.

In the right column of the Main tab, locate the commitment you want to edit.

Edit the text: click directly on the commitment text, modify it, and save.

Change the owner: click on the owner's avatar or name and select another person from the list.

Adjust the deadline: click on the date and choose another from the calendar selector. If there is no date, you can add one.

Delete: click on the commitment options menu (three dots) and select Delete.

When to edit vs. leave as diio detected

In sales: if diio detected "send proposal" as your commitment but it is actually the client's, change the owner before syncing.

In recruiting: if the date of a second interview was ambiguous in the conversation, manually add the correct date.

In post-sales: if a renewal commitment was already handled in another channel, delete it to avoid duplicating it in the CRM.

In internal coordination: adjust the owner of each action point so notifications reach the right person.
