The HubSpot integration allows diio to create Notes, Tasks, Activities, and update Contact, Company, and Deal properties automatically after each analyzed conversation.
Steps to connect HubSpot
Click "Connect".
Log in to HubSpot with an Admin account (read and write permissions required for Contacts, Companies, Deals, Notes, Tasks, Activities, and Custom Properties).
Authorize the accesses requested by diio.
You are automatically returned to diio. The integration is active for the entire organization.
Click "Configure" to define what information travels and how.
What diio creates in HubSpot
Key Notes: a Note is created associated with the Contact and/or Deal.
Commitments: Tasks are created associated with the Contact and/or Deal with owner and date.
Calls: a Call-type Activity is recorded.
Meetings: a Meeting-type Activity is recorded.
Messages: a Note is created with the chat transcript.
Specific fields: Contact, Company, or Deal Properties are updated according to the playbook configuration.
Create Deals: allows the executive to create a Deal in HubSpot from a Contact, or associate a Contact with an existing Deal.
