Connect Salesforce with diio

The Salesforce integration allows diio to create diio Notes in "Notes and Attachments", Tasks in "Activities", and record Calls and Meetings automatically on Contact, Account, and Opportunity objects.

Steps to connect Salesforce

Click "Connect".

Log in to Salesforce with an account with System Administrator profile.

Authorize the permissions requested by diio (read and write on Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Notes and Attachments, Tasks, Activities, and Custom Fields).

The integration is active for the entire organization.

Click "Configure" to define what information travels and to which objects.

What diio creates in Salesforce

Key Notes: a "diio Note" is created in the "Notes and Attachments" section of the Contact or Opportunity.

Commitments: "Tasks" are created in the "Activities" section of the Contact or Opportunity.

Calls: a "Call" is recorded in the "Activities" section.

Messages: a "Conversation Transcript" is created in the "Notes and Attachments" section.

Specific fields: Opportunity, Contact, or Account fields are filled according to the playbook configuration.

Create Opportunities: allows the executive to create Opportunities in Salesforce from a Contact, or associate a Contact with an existing Opportunity.
