The Odoo integration allows diio to create Activities with notes, record Calls and Meetings, and update Lead and Contact fields automatically after each analyzed conversation.
Steps to connect Odoo
Click "Connect".
Enter your Odoo instance URL, database, and API key of your Odoo user (Odoo 14+ supports API keys; in earlier versions the password can be used).
diio validates the connection.
The integration is active for the entire organization.
Click "Configure" to define what information travels and how.
What diio creates in Odoo
Key Notes: an "Activity" is created with a note containing the Key Notes of meetings, calls, and messages.
Commitments: an "Activity" is created with a note containing the Commitments from meetings, calls, and messages.
Calls: a "Call" is created in the "Events" section with the Key Notes of the conversation.
Meetings: a "Meeting" is created in the "Events" section with the Key Notes of the conversation.
Messages: a "Conversation Transcript" is created in the "Notes and Attachments" section.
Specific fields: Lead or Contact fields are filled according to the configuration.
Create Leads: allows the executive to create Leads in Odoo from a Contact, or associate a Contact with an existing Lead.
In Odoo, both individuals and companies are objects of type "Contact". A conversation message is associated with the Contact that has the corresponding phone number, whether a person or a company.
