The Pipedrive integration allows diio to create Notes, Tasks, Calls, and Meetings on Person, Organization, and Deal objects automatically after each analyzed conversation.
Steps to connect Pipedrive
Click "Connect".
Log in to Pipedrive with an Admin account.
Authorize the accesses requested by diio (Persons, Organizations, Deals, Notes, Activities, Custom Fields).
The integration is active for the entire organization.
Click "Configure" to define what information travels and how.
What diio creates in Pipedrive
Key Notes: a "Note" is created with the Key Notes of meetings, calls, and messages.
Commitments: a "Task" is created with the Commitments from meetings, calls, and messages.
Calls: a "Call" is created in the "Activities" section.
Meetings: a "Meeting" is created in the "Activities" section.
Messages: a "Note" is created with the chat message transcript.
Specific fields: Deal, Organization, or Person fields are filled according to the configuration.
Create Deals: allows the executive to create Deals in Pipedrive from a Person, or associate a Person with an existing Deal.
