The integration between diio and Zoho CRM allows you to log conversation insights directly into Zoho’s core modules, connecting each meeting to your commercial workflow.

diio integrates with the following standard Zoho CRM modules:

  • Contacts

  • Accounts

  • Deals

Requirements to activate the integration

To connect diio with Zoho CRM, you need:

  • The Company Settings role in diio

  • Administrator permissions in Zoho CRM

How to connect Zoho CRM with diio

  1. In diio, go to Company Settings

  2. Open the Integrations tab

  3. Find Zoho CRM

  4. Turn on the switch and complete Zoho’s authorization flow

Once connected, the integration will be available to all users in your organization.

Integration scope

From a conversation analyzed in diio, you can associate information directly with existing Zoho CRM records in:

  • Contacts

  • Accounts

  • Deals

This helps maintain full sales traceability without duplicating manual work.

Automatic vs Manual sync

When setting up Zoho CRM in diio, you can choose how information will be sent:

Automatically

diio will automatically send the content generated after each meeting to the associated Zoho CRM record.

Manually

The sales rep will need to click Update CRM inside the meeting analysis in diio.

From there, they can choose:

  • what information to send

  • and which Zoho CRM record to associate it with

Deal association

To keep your pipeline properly organized, diio allows meetings to be linked to a Deal.

When clicking Update CRM:

  1. diio shows the Contacts who participated in the meeting

  2. You can search and select an existing Deal in Zoho CRM

  3. The meeting information will be linked to the selected Deal

Field updates in Zoho CRM

diio can automatically complete Fields only within the following modules:

  • Accounts

  • Deals

Currently, diio does not update fields inside the Contacts module.

Custom fields and advanced configuration

If you need diio to populate a specific field in Zoho CRM (for example, a custom field in Accounts or Deals), you can request additional setup by contacting:
