Automatic Archiving: The meeting will be automatically archived in diio's archived section. This keeps the list of processed meetings clear and focused only on those interactions where effective dialogue occurred.
Conditional Visibility: Although the meeting is archived, it will not appear visible in the list of processed meetings unless diio detects that something was spoken during the scheduled meeting time. This could occur if you spoke during the meeting unilaterally, or if some communication was made by phone at that time.
