What happens if my client doesn't show up? 🤦🏻‍♀️

When a meeting takes place without any conversation, for example, if the client didn’t attend and no words were exchanged, diio will not analyze it, because there is no content to process.

In these cases, the meeting is automatically moved to the Archived view. This keeps your list of processed meetings focused only on real interactions where diio could capture dialogue and generate meaningful analysis.

If no conversation occurred, there will be no summary, metrics, or insights, since diio only processes meetings where it detects voice or verbal exchange.

This ensures your workspace stays clean, accurate, and centered on the meetings that truly provide information to help you improve your sales.
