Once Slack is connected, you can configure each type of notification to be received by email, Slack, or both. This configuration is set by user: each person chooses their own preferences.
How to configure notifications
Go to Settings → My preferences → Notifications.
For each type of notification, choose the delivery channel: Email, Slack, or both.
Save the changes.
Available notification types
Analysis ready: notice when diio finishes analyzing a conversation.
Overdue commitment: notice when a Commitment reaches its due date without being marked as completed.
Commitment follow-up: periodic summary of pending Commitments.
Reports: delivery of periodic reports Team follow-up, My performance, etc.
Mentions and comments: when someone mentions you with @ in a diio conversation.
Personal vs. team notifications
Personal notifications Analysis ready, Overdue commitment assigned to you arrive as a direct message from the diio bot in Slack. Team notifications team reports, overdue Commitment alerts for people under your responsibility can be routed to a specific channel. Configure the destination channel in Settings → Integrations → Slack.
