Connecting Slack allows diio to send analysis notifications, commitments, and reports directly to your Slack workspace, in addition to or instead of email.
Steps to connect Slack
Click "Connect".
Log in to Slack with an account with permissions to install applications in the workspace.
Authorize the diio bot in your workspace.
Select the default channel or user where notifications will arrive when there is no more specific configuration.
The integration is active.
What the diio bot does in Slack
Sends analysis completed notifications to the configured channel or DM.
Notifies when a Commitment is about to expire or has expired.
Delivers periodic reports (Team follow-up, Performance by executive, etc.) to the channel you configure.
The diio Slack integration allows you to use diio’s intelligent chat directly from Slack, just as you do today through WhatsApp. You can ask natural-language questions about your meetings, customers, opportunities, or team feedback and get answers and insights based on the conversations analyzed by diio.
