diio can analyze the LinkedIn Messaging conversations you choose, using the Chrome extension. It is especially useful for sales teams that prospect and qualify via LinkedIn, and for recruiting teams that communicate with candidates on that platform.
Steps to capture LinkedIn conversations
Install the diio Chrome extension if you don't have it yet.
Log in to the extension with your diio account.
Open LinkedIn in Chrome and log in to your account.
Go to the LinkedIn message inbox (Messaging).
Open the conversation you want to analyze.
Click the diio button that appears in the conversation to send it for analysis.
Common use cases
Prospecting: send for analysis the conversations where a prospect responded positively to extract Key Notes and agreed Commitments.
Recruiting: capture communication with candidates on LinkedIn to record their profile, availability, and expectations before the first interview.
Sales: analyze the initial qualification done through messaging before moving to a video call.
CRM association
In HubSpot, diio associates the conversation with the contact via the LinkedIn profile URL. In other CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Odoo), the association is done by first and last name. If the name in LinkedIn differs from the name in the CRM, there may be association failures.
