If you use WhatsApp from your personal phone for work conversations, you can send those chats to diio for analysis. The analysis is done through the diio Chrome extension with WhatsApp Web open in the browser.
Steps to connect WhatsApp Web
Install the diio Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store if you don't have it yet.
Log in to the extension with your diio account.
Open web.whatsapp.com in a Chrome tab.
Scan the QR code with your phone (the same process you normally use to access WhatsApp Web).
The extension detects WhatsApp Web open and activates analysis.
How to send a chat for analysis
With WhatsApp Web open and the extension active, open the conversation you want to analyze. In that conversation you will see a diio button to send it for analysis. Click it and diio processes the chat with the corresponding playbook.
Privacy and selectivity
The extension only accesses the chats you explicitly choose to analyze. It does not analyze conversations in the background nor does it have automatic access to your WhatsApp history. You control what you send to diio conversation by conversation.
