For diio to analyze your WhatsApp conversations, you need to install the Chrome extension and log in. Once active, diio appears within each WhatsApp Web chat interface and you decide, chat by chat, which ones to analyze.
What you need
diio Chrome extension installed. See the extension installation article if you don't have it yet.
Session started in the extension. With your diio account (Google or Microsoft SSO).
WhatsApp linked to WhatsApp Web.
How to activate analysis in a chat
Open WhatsApp Web in Chrome (web.whatsapp.com).
Open the chat of the contact you want to analyze.
Find the diio switch at the top of the chat and enable it.
Done. diio starts analyzing that thread from that moment on.
Repeat for each chat you want to include. Activation is per chat: you can have some enabled and others disabled depending on the type of conversation (clients, candidates, colleagues, etc.).
Automatic activation (optional)
If you prefer diio to activate itself every time you open a new chat, without having to manually enable the switch:
Click the diio extension icon in the Chrome bar.
Go to Configure extension.
In Automatic activation, enable "Automatically activate diio when opening a WhatsApp chat".
From that moment, diio activates itself in every chat you open.
