The Explore tab is a chat with diio limited to the content of that specific conversation. You can ask questions in natural language and diio responds citing the transcript, without mixing information from other conversations in your account.
How to use Explore
Open the conversation detail view.
Click on the Explore tab.
Type your question in the chat field and press Enter.
diio responds based only on the content of that conversation, citing moments from the transcript when relevant.
You can ask follow-up questions in the same chat thread. The context of previous responses is maintained within the session.
Questions that work well in Explore
Explore is most useful when the question is specific to the conversation's content:
About objections or concerns. "What objections did the client raise?", "What concerned the candidate about the role?", "What problems did the user mention with the product?"
About commitments and next steps. "What did the counterpart commit to?", "What was left pending on my end after this meeting?"
About tone and dynamics. "At what point did the candidate's mood drop?", "Were there any prolonged silences?", "When did the client show the most enthusiasm?"
About specific details. "What did they say exactly about the budget?", "Did they mention any competitor?", "What is the name of the project they described?"
What Explore is not for
Explore only responds about that conversation. It is not useful for questions that span your entire account or multiple conversations, such as:
