What questions can you ask diio on WhatsApp

The diio WhatsApp chat works like a pocket assistant: you ask it something about your work and it responds using the information in your account. It is designed for quick queries when you don't have the app open, or for questions that span multiple conversations at once.

Questions about your activity and commitments

These are the most useful questions to start the day or prepare for the week:

"What commitments do I have pending this week?"

"What commitments are due today?"

"What was left pending from my last meeting with [company]?"

"Summarize my Monday calls."

Questions about a company or contact

Useful before a meeting or call, to arrive with context:

"How did my last conversation with [company] go?"

"What was the Success Prediction of my last demo with [company]?"

"What topics did we cover with [contact] last month?"

"What objections has [company] raised in recent meetings?"

Questions about your pipeline or portfolio

"What deals do I have with high risk?"

"What accounts have had no activity in the last 30 days?"

"How many conversations did I have this week?"

Questions about patterns in your conversations

"What objections appeared most in my last demos?"

"In which conversations was there negative mood this week?"

"What was my commitment completion rate this month?"

What diio cannot answer through this channel

Actions: editing a commitment, changing a meeting's playbook, syncing to the CRM. These actions are done from the diio interface, not via WhatsApp.
